We are thrilled to share the success of our Grade 2 students’ recent charity sale, which served as a meaningful conclusion to their Unit of Inquiry on how we organize ourselves. Last Friday, Grade 2 Blue and 2 Yellow transformed into bustling mini-markets, showcasing and selling handcrafted items such as bookmarks, ornaments, origami, bracelets, and much more.

This initiative allowed our learners to apply the knowledge gained in their UOI lessons about spending and saving money, budgeting, and transactions.

Moreover, the event provided an opportunity for them to practice their addition and subtraction skills, enhancing their understanding of real-world applications of mathematical concepts.
